No, RuthCharms.com does not offer refunds. We have an exchange-only policy, which means you can exchange your item for another product or store credit within 10 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for an exchange.

We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering an exchange or a replacement at no extra cost. Please provide a photo of the damage or defect, your order number, and a brief description of the issue to help us process your claim quickly.
